ADVENTURE CAMP
Don't even think of coming to the "Outback" Adventure Camp unless you are looking for an action packed, exciting week of fun and adventurous challenges!
OUR MISSION is to provide campers with an exciting, fun, informative, and rewarding "outback" experience. This will ensure that the memories and lessons learned will be beneficial both now and throughout their lives.
In light of today's pressures and challenges placed on our children, we need to continually support and encourage our young people to reach their full potential. This means providing them with fun challenges to improve themselves, develop positive attitudes, learn social skills, and help them become better leaders.
The "Outback" Adventure Camp is a "one of a kind" experience. Campers are challenged in ways as never before, in order to bring out their strong positive attitudes, self-confidence, true leadership skills, and Aussie proud smiles! This week long, overnight camp is for boys and girls ages 7 - 12. Camp is from July 6th - 12th and will be limited to 36 boys & 36 girls. Keep in mind this translates into less than one boy & girl from each training location. Reservations are not limited by location.
However, parents need to realize the urgency in getting their deposits in ASAP. They will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. The cost is $695 per camper. H.C.K. will be accepting the $350 non-refundable deposit beginning today. If your deposit is received after camp is full, it will be returned and you will be placed on our standby list.
ACTIVITIES
Martial arts training will include: kata design & weapons training, technique development, extended sparring tactics & ring dynamics, non-contact exhibition competition to fulfill rank requirements for advancement. In addition, a 50 foot swing, a 450 foot zip line, rock climbing and rappelling, swimming, a field trip to Enchanted Rock, high ropes course, and much more await to push your child to new heights. Areas of personal growth will include communication and leadership skills, self-confidence, trust building, goal setting, perseverance, and decision making skills.

LEADERSHIP
This experiential learning opportunity offers several cooperative activities, which help campers develop their self-confidence, communication, decision making, and team building skills. The programs emphasize positive reinforcement and personal responsibility principles. A great program mixed with adventurous fun for ages 7 - 12.

What to bring to the adventure camp...two pair of gi pants & plenty of t-shirts to work-out in, comfortable/casual clothing, sleeping bag/linens for twin bed, pillow, swimsuit, toiletries, tennis or hiking shoes, flashlight w/extra batteries, sunscreen, camera & sparring gear!
