LSO Prep Class
The Lone Star Open prep class is geared toward competition kata and sparring preparation for the upcoming LSO in January 2010. Black Belts, Brown Belts, as well as adult students that are contemplating competing in the LSO, should attend these classes. These classes include active, group, hands on training with no individual one-on-one training. Come prepared with gear and ready to work. The cost is $50.00. Black Belts or students currently registered in a winter break class pay a discounted $30.00.
